Speaking Engagement
Last night, I spoke at the San Bernardino Sunset Rotary Club about Rapha House and human trafficking. I received a warm welcome. The people were truly gracious. What impressed me most is how many of them were surprised at the existence and extent of human trafficking of girls for sexual exploitation. Every year, according to the US State Department, between 240,000 to 320,000 girls are trafficked across international borders. That's about equal to the population of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. And this figure does not represent those that are trafficked within their own countries.
